Richard Rosendale Wins Bocuse d’Or USA

Chef Richard Rosendale of The Greenbrier at the White Sulphur Springs Hotel in West Virginia won the U.S. Bocuse d’Or competition. He now faces the final test at the International Bocuse d’Or in Lyons, France next year. (The European regional competition takes place in March.) Rosendale was trained by Gavin Krayson (who came in 14th at the 2007 competition), Grant Achatz and Gabriel Kruether. No American has emerged victorious at the international level…yet.
