Wolfgang Puck Opens New Restaurant at Remodeled Hotel Bel-Air

After a two-year closing, the famous Bel-Air Hotel is reopening in October. And although you have to dig through several paragraphs of HuffPo’s article on the subject to find this out, Wolfgang Puck and his company are handling all food and beverage service there.

The cuisine at his signature restaurant will be “modern California cuisine with Mediterranean and European influences.” Doesn’t tell you much; you’ll just have to scrape up $1,000 or two and go in person. Let us know how it goes.
