David LeFevre, one of Los Angeles’ preeminent chefs, is leaving The Water Grill to start his own restaurant. Which means a national search is on for his replacement. The Water Grill on Grand Avenue is one of the area’s best seafood restaurants–the stakes are high and the shoes are big. If you think you have what it takes, Kelly Sullivan is the contact.
