Three jobs this week, including a brush with fame.

1. This one, at a posh New Jersey Shore hotel, sounds busy, but great for the ambitious chef looking for a management role. Executive Sous Chef.

2. Chef de Partie for a “Spanish Celebrity Chef.” Hmmm….could it possibly be José Andres? In Washington DC or Las Vegas.

3. Commitment phobes need not apply. A West Village (NYC) restaurant needs a chef with farm-to-table experience, and an eye to long term employment.
