An eclectic roundup of culinary jobs for President’s Week:

1. Cheesemonger. Cheesemonger. “So, what do you do?” “I’m a cheesemonger.” I love that word. Cheese lovers and pastry hounds, heads up: The Market in Plymouth, Mass. is looking for Cheesemongers and Bakers. Learn more here and here.

2. Very cool delivery startup in NYC looking for a Sous Chef with big ideas, who is entrepreneurial, fastidious and FAST. Sounds like an opportunity for management down the road.

3. This one is more mysterious than it needs to be…but the salary and benefits look nice if that’s what you’re into (and who isn’t?). Executive Sous Chef, Orlando, FL.

4. Virginia Tech is opening a large dining center in 2012, with bistro, sushi bar, créperie, bakery and Japanese-style steakhouse. They need a Senior Executive Chef with 5-7 years’ experience to handle it all. Got the eggs?
