Chris Cosentino (aka @offalchris) needs a new chef de cuisine at Incanto in SF.

1. A rare opening at Incanto, one of SF’s most popular restos: Chris Cosentino seeks a chef de cuisine to replace his current chef, who has been there for 7 years. Big hat to fill, no doubt! Email resume to chris@incanto.biz.

2. K&G Kitchen in Williamsburg, Brooklyn is opening its outdoor patio in June–sous chef and line cooks needed right away! Located in the King and Grove Hotel, the restaurant is led by Chef Richard Corbo; cuisine is locally sourced, featuring NY State whole animal cooking and charcuterie and house made breads.

3. Morello Bistro in Greenwich CT is looking for a head chef. A talented one, that is. Salary starts at $65K plus benefits.
