A few job opportunities this week:

 

1. The salary is not the highest, but hey, it’s Vermont. The opportunity sounds good for someone who is still building their chef resume. Chef de Cuisine at North Hero.

Bryant Park Grill in NYC is one of Ark Restaurants' umpteen properties.

2. Ark Restaurants are popping up like mushrooms and is successful enough to be listed on the stock exchange. They’ve announced a top-secret search for an executive chef who can “seamlessly introduce [him/herself] into what is already a dynamite property with untapped potential.”

3. Catering company A Thyme to Cook in Stonington CT is a two-time recipient of the International Catering Association’s CATIE award. They need a pastry chef who goes beyond the status quo.

4. Williams-Sonoma in Brooklyn needs a kitchen buyer who can develop and execute business strategies to develop and maximize the brand. This is not a job for sissies.
